CONDITIONS OF SALE:
The directions for use of this product are believed to be reliable and must be followed carefully. However, it is impossible to eliminate all risks associated with the use of this product. Crop injury, ineffectiveness, or other unintended consequences may result because of factors beyond the control of the seller, including but not limited to weather conditions, soil conditions, method of application, or use of the product contrary to label instructions.

Buyer and user assume all risks associated with the use, handling, and storage of this product not in strict accordance with label directions.This product is derived from natural fish byproducts and may vary slightly in color and  odor.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the manufacturer and seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or handling of this product.
The exclusive remedy of the buyer or user for any claim arising from the purchase or use of this product shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the product.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
The manufacturer warrants that this product conforms to the description on the label and is reasonably fit for the purposes stated when used in accordance with label directions under normal conditions of use.

No other express or implied warranties are made, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated herein.
